Welcome to the Friends of the Rancho Bernardo Library website (the “Website”), operated by the volunteer members of the Friends of the Rancho Bernardo Library. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides critical financial support enabling the Rancho Bernardo branch of the San Diego Public Library to thrive and serve our community vibrantly.
